(I) on Grinding and Use Precautions of Grinding Wheel

Ultra-thin cutting grinding wheels are mainly used for precision grooving and cutting, and generally use deep and slow feed grinding. It has the characteristics of large grinding depth, small feed speed, large contact area between grinding wheel and workpiece, narrow kerf, high metal removal rate, high grinding accuracy, good surface quality and high material utilization rate. The general rules are as follows: 1. The whole type cutting wheel is thin (mostly below 0.5mm), small outer diameter (20-100mm), fine particle size, high precision of size and shape, light weight, and is generally used under high speed conditions. 2. The matrix type cutting grinding wheel is mostly thick (0.5-2mm), large diameter (100-200mm), coarse grain size and low precision, and is generally used under the condition of low speed and large cutting depth.

Precautions for use: 1. Please check carefully before the cutting wheel is installed to confirm whether the cutting wheel is deformed, cracked, broken, etc. 2. When the flange is too small or the precision is poor, it is easy to damage the cutting wheel, please use it after improvement. 3. When the cutting wheel is marked with the rotation direction, it should be consistent with the rotation direction of the machine tool. On the contrary, the cutting is not sharp, it is difficult to play the performance of the cutting wheel. 4. If you use a cutting wheel that does not match the workpiece to be cut, it is prone to abnormal wear, poor sharpness, and abnormal heat. 5. If any abnormality is found in the cutting process, stop the machine immediately..

What are the classification of abrasives? What is the difference between ordinary abrasives and superhard material abrasives?

Abrasives, abrasives and abrasives collectively, including abrasive products and abrasive products. What are the classification of abrasives briefly described below? What is the difference between ordinary abrasives and superhard material abrasives? What are the classification of abrasives? The abrasive products are mainly divided into two categories: corundum abrasives and silicon carbide abrasives. Specifically, there are basically the following.

Why do you say the abrasive industry has a bright future?

Abrasives are sharp, hard materials used to grind softer material surfaces. There are two categories of natural abrasives and artificial abrasives. According to the hardness classification of super abrasive and ordinary abrasive two categories. Abrasives range from softer household detergents and gemstone abrasives to the harder material diamond.

Talking about abrasives from the grinding process, grinding process in China has a long history. As early as in ancient times, grinding stone axes, grinding bone needles and decorations of various materials were made by grinding. At that time, people used natural abrasives. At the end of the primitive commune and matriarchal society, various daily pottery with patterns and patterns could be fired. At that time, mineral materials containing iron oxide were mainly used as painting materials. This kind of painting material is also produced in the long-term grinding process.
